2009 Convention Registration
You may use this online registration form and make your payment via PayPal or you may
print it out and mail the registration along with your payment to: InKy Clowns, Post Office
Box 22153, Louisville, KY 40252. There will be a $25 fee (charged by our bank) for each
returned check.
You will need to fill out a form for each person attending. REMEMBER THE DEADLINES for
registration amounts found on the Convention page. You will need to fill in the form and then
SUBMIT it to us. After that you will move to the BUY NOW PayPal buttons for submitting your
payment. Click on the button that pertains to the registration you are submitting (Junior Joey
or full Registration fee). Buy Now button prices will be updated at midnight (Hawaii time) of
the ending registration period.
Non-clowning spouse, or other non-clowning family member, registrations should be
paid at the Junior Joey rate.
I'm sorry but if you are using the online registration and you are paying via PayPal then you
will need to make a payment with EACH registration. There is no way I can set it up so that
only one charge could be made while filing multiple registrations. I guess that you could send
an online registration with $0 in the amount and THEN mail a check to us. Your registration
WILL NOT be considered complete until payment is received.
Refunds will be given as listed when WRITTEN requests (email accepted) are received by
dates listed:
80% when received by January 31, 2009 50% when received by March 31, 2009
April 1st to start of convention gets NO REFUND - NO APRIL FOOLING!
